Default Alloy Plate..Wanted

Hi Guys..
Looking for a piece of alloy plate, 2ft x 2ft x 4mm.
To be used as a bash plate for an enduro bike.. I have a fabricator/welder ready to do the deed.

That must be a very wide bike you've got there.

*edit* <pedant mode on> that's a bit of shate, not plate. Plate is from 1/4 inch thick and up.

I've got an old plate and thats 17 x 19 inches but you cant buy it like that you have to buy a 2 ft bit and cut it down...
Some places say you have to buy a whole sheet..

What the hells it going under the engine of, a CBX thou?


I have a bit of aluminium checkerplate that's about two foot six by 18 inches (not measured it but ity looks about that) and mebbe an 1/8th of an inch thick?

Not the best thing to post to Spain though.

Is that the plate thats got a pattern on one side...

Its just you

I had masses of the stuff from separating loads of site cabins (it covered the join on the centre hallways and there was ten cabins so nine sections of aluminium checkerplate) but gave most away to a mate, I kept two for odds and sods.
