Nope nothing like that...I can't really go into details as there may be litigation pending against the company from other parties but it, in a nutshell, it boiled down to myself and the majority shareholder not seeing eye to eye on a few issues including but not limited to his drawings exceeding company profits and his complete lack of recognition of any employment law in the UK and his persistant abuse of his powers to unfairly dismiss other staff....etc etc

Well you have my respect, there arent many that have principles enough to quit these days over something like that. Again, fingers crossed that you aint of work too long.
