So is silent momory still here somewhere and still called silent momory?

Is it that hes left or gone into hibernation and ENA has taken over as voluntary TRC traffic warden?

Anyway I am not judging at this stage who is doing a good or necessary job, I wouldnt want to have to do it thats for sure
