ENA never used to be like this...I don't know what's happened to him

So is silent momory still here somewhere and still called silent momory?

Is it that hes left or gone into hibernation and ENA has taken over as voluntary TRC traffic warden?

Anyway I am not judging at this stage who is doing a good or necessary job, I wouldnt want to have to do it thats for sure.
