Winter Ball FIVE: Saturday 20th November 2010

Due to unforeseen circumstances we have had a few cancellations. Three of these spaces have already been allocated, but that means there are now TWO spaces available for the Winter Ball - first come first served.
Date of Ball: Saturday 20th November 2010
Theme: MAD HATTER'S BALL
Dress code: Formal wear
(can I please stress this! It's a Ball not a cocktail evening nor fancy dress party. The theme, however, will hopefully inspire hats hats and more hats!)
Location: Wilderhope Manor, Longville in the Dale, Much Wenlock, Shropshire TF13 6EG

Manor available from: Friday night
Ball to kick off: 1900 (or 7pm) Saturday
Bar open until: 0200 (or 2am) Sunday
We have to vacate by: 1230 (or 12.30pm) on the Sunday
Cost: £65 p.p. for the Winter Ball (Saturday night);
£20 p.p. for additional self-catering accommodation at the Manor on the Friday night
Cost of Ball includes: Venue, accommodation, evening buffet and breakfast. It DOES NOT include your bar bill nor accommodation on Friday night.
Accommodation: Please note that the accommodation has dorm rooms. I will be allocating rooms for everyone (I have to give a list to the venue for H&S reasons).
Entertainment: the ever present and most wonderful ABF
DEPOSIT: (non-refundable)
£30 p.p. due NO LATER than WEDNESDAY 30th JUNE 2010.
REMAINING BALANCE:
£35 p.p. due TUESDAY 5th OCTOBER 2010 + Friday night money
