Kitsch Norton Featherbed, why can't people do something original for once?

    I do like that.

It would have looked better without the gold cylinder heads and clutch cover though, something about that just doesn't match the rest of the look.

    Agreed.

It should rate as 'fapfapfap'.. But with the gold I can only give it a 'fapfap' at the most.

Not really. He's built what's a nice bike, but nothing ground breaking, just like what he's accusing the other fella of. From what i can see the bloke has made a LOT of changes to get that.

There's a sort of recurring dream people have, of a powerful V-twin in a Norton. I don't want to sneer, but when all you have is a vaguely Norton-shaped modern bike, I don't get it, in a way

But if it's good riding bike then great!

There's a difference between a racer and what can be safely described as a kitsch Norton.
