I've been e-mailed a form to fill in, its come as an adobe pdf file. I don't have a printer readily available. How can I edit the file to fill in the details and e-mail it back ?

If it's an interactive form you should just be able to click the text field with the hand or arrow tool and type.
If not, there is a basic typewriter tool in the tool menu that allows you to type, resize and respace text.

Although I talking about Acrobat Pro, if you only have the reader Im not sure.

"I'm not sure" it is. The only option I seem to get is to buy this or that

Does it specifically say it should be emailed back? Unless it's obvious that there are 'live' areas to be filled in then it's probably just supposed to be printed out.
