Or will the myopic twats that follow 2' from the back of a truck STILL not be able to see whats up ahead cos they wont be able to see the whole screen?

Interesting idea.....

My immediate thought though is that the screen will just be hijacked by advertising - can you imagine being stuck behind a constantly repeating series of 10 second ads?? urgh

Too distracting, I think you would be paying too much attention to the lorry's back end as opposed to everything else.
