| I took it as a gratuitous insult. Is that wrong? If so please explain where I was being pedantic. Quote:
If you've got experience using it which backs up your argument then say so. If you've read or heard something that backs up your idea then say that. If not, and it was a straightforward observation / assumption / question on my part, then what's the problem? | |

| Not argumentative at all today, are we? I said nothing to justify your insults. If it was in General I wouldn't give a toss, but I thought the 'rules' were different in here. I know better now, so thanks. You can have the last word.* *Unless that includes putting some more words into my mouth, of course. |

| I read somewhere a good while ago (can't remember, but I don't think it was MCN ) that Honda intend to put linked brakes / ABS on all their bikes in the future. A separate ecu for brake balance though? ![]() The next generation'll have an ecu to stop people steering off the road. |

| They used the term 'advanced' which can be anything from linked to ABS etc. and the intention to fit something to all larger machines.

So, if it's broken up into patches, there is actually a large number of short grease strips. To say they're lying in wait for bikers is a bit anthropomorphic. Sorry about the sore hand B. |

Had my first ride since my off. Never having had a proper tumble down the road before, I was slightly surprised at how nervous I felt. Lots of traffic around, although it was nice and dry, so have had a very slow and relaxed ride. Took it very easy on the brakes, but basically had an error free and adrenaline free ride, very chilled out. Now I have got that out the way I will gradually start getting the practice back in on trying to make sure I am gripping better with my legs and not tensing up when I am braking, still a decent enough start. Thanks to Andy (qfm) for spending some time working out the Japanese puzzle that is a vfr's fairings |
