Default Sphincter spasms

Ferk me - night time green laning gets the old pulse moving a bit, bit adrenalin hits when the feeble KTM headlight picks up fallen branches about 2 inches off the front wheel.

You want to try night time XC skiing.

Just relax and let the bike do the work.

surpassed myself yesterday, spent all afternoon in John Radcliffe hospital.

hit a patch of wet compacted chalk at speed and woke up a little while later, thats all I remember!

Big thanks to the farmers daughter who got me out of the middle of nowhere in a pick up truck!

big concussion, bruising and twisting but am fundamentally ok today.

Smashed my body armour and helmet took a big hit so am shopping today (not sure about the bike but I think it is ok ish), can anyone recommend a KBC dealer online?

It must be the season for mashing yourself into the floor.

Maybe greenlaning on your own isn't a great idea. Especially in the dark and cold.

I've done it, and I'm sure loads of others have, but it's always at the back of my mind that if I fall off and hurt myself in the winter down a dark lane I could freeze to death before anyone happens along.

Luckily I wasnt on my own for this crash - my brother was with me. If I am out on my own then the speeds come down quite a lot and I take far fewer risks.
