Footman James have always been excellent for me. They do multiple bikes as well as covering some of the more unusual vehicles that I seem to end up owning.

Need a ground anchor fitting within 30 miles of Ilford? PM me.

I've had a couple of claims in the past year..

Bennetts and their agents - absolute fucking rubbish. Couldn't have been less helpful. Never, ever again.

Ebike - the quote was £100 more than bennetts - they were great. Everyone I dealt with was polite and helpful and my claim was settled within a month of the accident with no quibbles. I was pleasantly surprised.

Another vote for www.directchoice.com

One for www.bikeanimalinsurance.co.uk (Aggregator site, a bit like Confused.com but for bikes only)

One bit of advice, if you get an online quote, phone the company and go throught the details.....ask what voluntary excess has been applied.

There are certain companys that will always put on a voluntary excess regardless of whether you specify it or not!

You have been warned!
