Just clean it well and polish it repeatedly with something like Pledge Water should bead up and run off it.

Insert helmet polishing joke here ----->

Edit: Damn you Foxy. If I could punish you, rest assured that I would

Wasn't expecting to hear polish and WD40 as a response. I think I'll give pledge a try first.

Cheers

The last is what I use, largely because I got it cheap. Most bike shops sell it for about £8

But it works.

No it wasn't bloody well posted in SA.

An umberella. Brilliant at speeds up to and including 18mph. Fairly rubbish after that though so of no use to anyone except Londoners.

I've been using Rain-X with excellent results. I hope it's as cheap over there as it is over here. $2.39 for what seems to be a 5 year supply so far. What's that these days, about 1.20 pounds sterling?

So this REALLY works? There is just so much crap about that's basically a ripoff (loike most things with the prefix "motorcycle"). IF this really works, then I'll buy some on your say so.

Need a ground anchor fitting within 30 miles of Ilford? PM me.

Your word is even better because you ride an Enfield. Seems irrelevant but on Chuggy, I can't build up enough speed to blow the rain off when I do the head tilt thing from side to side.

Will order some now with my Citibank card
