Try printing this thread out and showing the sales bloke... My BMW is broken again...

To be fair my (old) 1150GS seems generally OK, if untidy and asthmatic.

fook moi.....I'm getting a battering in this thread and I've not even posted on it yet !

TT bits....
Lots of tat....over priced robbing basts with a few gems in there...
their Sat Nav mount is nice as is a the few bits I've bought...
the rest..at 1/3 the price...I can sell em if I don't like em...unfortunately...I like em..
as for my Rev-it gear...leave it out...it'd be fine on a Yam as well...or any other bike for that matter..Ya GITS !
and...JB....I don't have a "Yam" suit...I merely have Yam troo's....the rest is just mostly blue..Sinisalo jacket.A* boots gloves etc...
same with the BM stuff...the ONLY GS stuff I bought was the gloves.. cos I'm fussy about gloves and I liked em..

I like the Rev'it gear, very well made and nicely priced, Mrs SSD has just bought a pair of the adventure boots and they seem nice too.

Touratech do sell some sheeite and the prices are amazing but no-one else makes a zumo mount as nice as theirs for my bike.

is that better Funners?

LOL.. indeed...tho I must confess to looking at the BM stuff....the £750 price tag Vs the £300 swayed it for me....

I'll back you up here mate. My Rev-it suit is heading into it's third winter and is the best all year all weather bit of kit I've owned and I reckon it has got a few more winters in it yet. Plus the only bit of BMW kit (apart from the bike) I own is a pair of thier winter gloves that are on thier third winter and are first pair of gloves that claim to be water proof that actually are.

Having said that my suit is black and so are my gloves I couldn't possibly ware pastel colours.

I don't do plain colours...the Grey/Blue is VERY conservative for me...

On my forth and no problems with any of 'em. The KTM has more problems than all my Beemers put together.

But I like 'em both....
