I believe Guzzi are still using ITI instruments. And what utter bags of wank they are too.

Mine was much improved by replacing the conventional mineral gearbox oil with a fully synthetic oil. Far better shifting, far fewer false neutrals. Regrettably it was replaced with mineral oil once more while the new engine was going in.

I'd guess they'd have as much fun as the buffoon who tried to get Avon Speedmaster MkIIs for their Fireblade or somesuch on my recommendation

What's wrong with gearing the bike down ? Most of the Duke's are over-geared for emissions reasons... I am gearing the Hyper down.

Please feel free to show us a replacement set of final drive sprockets for a modern Moto Guzzi.

Maybe a narrower shaft might do the trick

Yes, those famous shaft drive transverse twin Harleys with overhead cams and USD forks. Thankfully Trog has taste, something anyone who ever ever owned a GSXR could never be accused of

My girth may be legendary, but I'm not slimming it down for anyone. No matter how much they squeal.

Spares GB don't seem to have any sprockets for it at all.

Well... I guess that Trog is on the latest 8:33 bevel box gearing and he could get a lower 7:33 ratio from the Le Mans or a higher 9:34 from the California although it would involve a lot of shimming and rubbing with engineers blue.

Apart from trying to insult me, you are correct.... I guess it is a matter of taste. I think I met Trog awhile back and the Striple seemed to work for him, for me it is a good compromise between a cruiser and a sportsbike. This Griso thing is a pure cruiser but if that's what he wanted then good for him.

Looks like it will be a bitch to flick around. Get your ass in the gym Trog, time to muscle up !
