It was 10% last week, wait a couple of weeks and at this rate you'll be passing GSXRs on the straights.

All dyno reports so far are showing between 15 and 20hp more at the back wheel for the 08 R

You can be buggered if you think i'm paying that sort of money then throwing
£650 Cans.
£300 PC 3
£200 Dyno time.
The Superduke R is already a VERY expensive bike. HAving to throw £1100 at it to make it roadworthy is a disgrace if you ask me.
I chose the 950SMR carb'd bike and it's 100times better on the fuelling... although not as wonderful in High speed handling.
Yup it's a disgrace but not as expensive to fix as you think, removing cat from stock exhaust and having ktm flash the ecu for pipes with baffles is the cheapest and may even be free if they dont charge for the flash.
My option is removing cats from exhaust and having pciii fitted with individual maps for front and rear cylinder at a cost of £300, given I got the bike for £800 under list that's not too bad. As for comparing it to the SMR the SDR is faster, lighter, better handling, comfier, has more tank range and has more wind protection. There is nowhere an SMR would be quicker altho it is close on looks and can have a top box

mmmmmmmmm
