Have a look here:

Italian Sporting Club Forum: Off topic chat

Basically, they've stopped non-members from accessing it.

Who'd be a member now, though...

There's been a lot of political crap, so basically they've spat the dummy and blocked anybody but paid up members from seeing it.

There is so much stress and upset caused amongst the people that run the club and some of the members it's unreal! It's just a bike club, they need to get over themselves.

It started out with the best intentions but the guys who run it wont take any notice of the members who pay the membership fee and have become no more than petty dictators. Might be some unusual accounting going on too,not illegal, just unwise.

I can't imagine that happening on any other motorcycle forum.

There's something going on, as despite a huge vote against one of the guys running the club, they won't get rid. Could be dodgy account stuff, could just be stubborness.

I don't know and don't care anymore tbh! If they go down, it's their own fault for treating their members so badly, by taking their money then doing whatever they please. As said above Ducatisti.co.uk is a great site too and I would imagine most of the DSCers will end up there.

I heard there was some dodgy stuff going on and have so far managed to get away with it by the skin of their teeth.
