8 weeks ater my crash, KGM (underwriters) have now lost all the details of my claim, lost all my documents for the bike, and occassionaly tell me they have paid for the repairs already (bike was totalled).

Avoid - highly incompetent.

I'm never using them again after they cancelled my insurance before it commenced, then tried to charge me admin costs and cancellation fees it took about 6wks to get my money back off them.

They're bollocks

Always been insured with H&R and on the whole claims have been sorted fairly quickly and easily. After SittingDucks problems with E-bike I wouldn't use them even if they were the cheapest.

Was with Benetts - changed to eBike when I bought the Fazer - 2 bike policy for £160 FC, 4 yrs NCB & no points.

Footman James just quoted me £129 on the Fazer FC with £450 excess for Damage, Fire & Theft. No thanks.

Bennetts now also want a cancellation fee out of me to the tune of 75 quid. Gits!!!

They left me a message on Sunday on my answerphone saying they could insure the bike nowfor an additional £34 for the duration of the policy.Great I thought so I rang them yesterday and was told NO we can't again.Can you get the team leader Karen to phone me as she left me a message I said,no problem he replied,she is on a call and as soon as she is off the phone I will get her to ring you - 24 hours later Im still waiting so Im sticking with Swintons
Also four counties were good and would have been the cheapest if id got 5 years NCB
