Problem is when I wanted my bike changed there was nothing I could do or say on the phone to get what I wanted. Even threatening to cancel produced no result, now it's out in the open all of a sudden someone wants to help, why does it take this to get any action ?

I'm with Carole Nash - took about 15-20 calls to get a green card last time I went abroad. Staggering levels of apathy / incompetence.

Lying outrageously on the internet since 2003

When we moved into the houseshare I was shocked to find out the difference in prices that were given for those in the house getting internet quotes, and those phoning brokers - m00 got more than 50% reduction by phoning! (Can't remember which companies, or anything helpful like that, mind )
