The dealer who I bought the bike from supplied them. I can't remember the make now, but they were nice wheels. There's no problem swapping wheel sizes (provided the width is correct, obviously), and the clocks have a setting for different wheel diameters, so no problems with speedometer and odometer.

Here are a couple of pictures, not specifically of the wheels, but gives an idea. The first one shows the bike as new, the second after I'd had it fettled a bit - the "beak" on the front was removed because at higher speeds with the smaller wheels it caused a mild instability:
