Default Honda NC30- what a neat little thing!

A guy turned up at work on a clean old V4 Honda with loads of decals. Asked him what it was and he told me it's an NC30 400.

It's commuterised! He's put some sort of quietening insert in the can and fitted a Scottoiler.

I'll get a pic tomorrow.

There's a company here that's buying every NC30 they can and importing them because they were never offered in the North American market. I'd like one just because it looks like the big brother which is almost impossible to get, allthough a friend has one, but the 400 looks like it would be a torture rack to me.

They are certainly small, the NC35 is even prettier.

Both bikes are fab.

Probably would be - they're quite a small bike!

They're beautiful We've got an official UK one (some subtle differences from the Japanese import bikes). It was living in the dining room, but it's now in the garage and I think I'll get it some new tyres and a little service and use the poor thing a bit.

Thumbs up Re: Honda NC30- what a neat little thing!

Mine's still in bits at the mo (after I managed to lunch the engine , they're virtually bulletproof, certainly not Gnomeproof ).

Sweetest handling bike I've ridden and a glorious V4 drone from the JHP, HRC replica system. Mine was in the Mick Doohan green Repsol colours.

Safe riding.

I used to commute from Southampton to London on my NC30 - a daily 170 mile round trip - in all weather, right through winter. Apart from some minor carb-icing, it never missed a beat. Excellent little bikes

Token bauble:

Bah humbug.
