    Hello Mr T

    Collision between car and pushbike. I stopped ... he got very abusive. I tried to calm him down and talk to him. He got more abusive.

    I went to the police station and reported the incident. They havn't followed up ... don't seem to be interested. I now have a solicitors letter ( no win no fee merchants) threatening me . I know I have to forward details under the 1988 RTA act section 154. But what else
