Question What size are master cylinder screws?

You know the two small ones on jap OEM ones. I need to replace mine as they are made of cheese. Are they M3 x 5mm?

I've seen one ref to them being 4mm, but they look smaller than that to me?

You probably want some of these:
M4 x 12 stainless countersunk allen head boltsx10 on eBay (end time 14-Dec-09 17:33:53 GMT)

m4 x 12, stainless, socket head.
Last time I did this though I just did what KHH suggests and dug out 2x m4x 12 or 15 ish, flat headed (ie not sunk), slotted screws. Brass, so no corrosion issues, just don't look quite right. But on the divvy IDGAS what it looks like

Fair enough, but if you add post it's £1.86 for two, and so you might as well get 5 times as many for 41p less. Just IMHO, loik.

How do you know the postage? I couldn't see it...

Anyway I thought once I'm there I might as well buy 4 of each size (and some 3mm ones) and spend around a tenner in total, which makes the postage less of an issue.

*edit - I only just noticed the ebay ad is for ten! so you're right that is cheap
