Who's going to be the next US President?

Not just rednecks. There are Hilary supporters who resent that she's lost an opportunity to go for the presidency and are voting Republican. Gun owners are worried that Obama will ban the sale of semi-auto rifles and restrict handgun sales.

Republicans who said they'd never vote for McCain now say they will to stop "that socialist" getting into the White House.

Then you have to take into account things like people telling pollsters they'll be voting for candidate "x" when they're not registered to vote, or they don't turn up on the day because they think their vote won't count.

I think it will be close, I suspect Obama will win, but I also think he'll be Jimmy Carter Mk2.

We've allready seen something like 26,000 ballots in Florida being chucked into the garbage in one of the last elections. I've been with Blacks when I was riding around various parts of the USA when they were discrimanted against. IN FACT, some friends and I went into a red neck tavern in Washington state and I'm assuming because we weren't on Harleys and we were in full leathers, the place went quiet while we were there. Just to add spice, I went to the juke box while sayng hello to all the red necks, and found PURPLE HAZE

Barack is smarter than that. I hate to say it but I support him even though he's a Harvard U law graduate. I've been dealin with my lawyer for over 2 years now over a civil suit and we still haven't made it to court.

There is only one choice. McCain will not talk to any country pres/pm etc if he feels they are a threat to the USA. Tantamount of a couple of kids saying I won't talk to you. Guess What? Our Canuck PM'S have talked to everyone and anyone who wants a dialogue, for years now. btw, it's still impossible to fly from USA air space to Cuba. You eiither have to take a direct from Europe or fly from Canada. Cuban missile crisis was over 40 years ago.

I really can't see John McCain winning. If you look at at any footage of him, you will notice that he has prosthetic arms and has skilfully hidden this disability from the American people.
