Was a good gig, I was seated high up in 405. Someone did damn good with the paper aeroplane before the gig.

Bloody expensive at the 02 though crap beer £3.70 a pint.Was starving but could waste that amount of money on food.

There is a new version of this album floating around the net.

It uses the original mix files taken from guitar hero 3 who got hold of them before they were compressed/limited to hell. Some guy recorded them and remixed the album without the clipping/distortion you can hear on it.

Heads up BBC2 at 10 pm tonight metallica are Jools Holland live !!! prob a couple of songs at least

well not got the album yet but the one song they just played was well good !!

Nice performance. Was it just me who thought they were watching Iron Maiden though? Dont get me wrong, I love cheesy, proper British heavy metal, I just didnt think it was Metallica's game. Ah well, on that evidence, guess I shall fork out on the album

TALK TO ME OR THE BUNNY GETS IT!

I went to see them at the Radio 1 theatre on Sunday night which is a tiny 300 capacity place. They were awesome, they played the best stuff off the new album and then a few classics (For Whom The Bell Tolls, Master Of Puppets, Blackened). So cool to see them in such a tiny venue (I was about 10ft away from them) and they were really on it and played really, really hard. To be honest I don't like anything they've done after And Justice.. but I really like the new album and live the songs sounded massive.

I was up in 406...

Twas good, & pleased with most of the track choices ie dropping Sandman (I'd seen the Berlin set list prior so had some idea what was coming)

They were on Jools Holland last night, think they're on again on Friday.
