I'll start with a little history.

On the 2nd Dec 03 at about 7pm I had a major off breaking both ankles, right wrist and 3 ribs. After about 8 weeks I went back to work and things got increasingly stressful resulting in a major left side stroke on the 13th Sept 04, about 2 hours after telling my employer where to shove his job. At hospital the head of A&E said to another member of staff that my blood pressure was above levels that normaly kill. The initial total left side paralysis...
