We get stuck in ruts through life that make changes almost impossible until you've hit rock-bottom, and only then do you find that you're suddenly free to start again and reallign your perspective without having to compromise for others.

I'm sure there are ways of turning things around before you get to that point, but I can't offer much advice on that...

Either way just hang in there, ride out what you have to, and then you'll see there is a much better path you can take through life. Good luck! x

Because you'll never know just how strong you can be until you really hit the bottom. Think of yourself like a rubber ball dropped from a building, the further you drop, the higher you'll bounce.

Its really bizarre being at a cross roads where you feel you have no direction but to fall off a cliff.

At the moment I have two choices, both of them give me sleepless nights, thats why I am here at this time of night. Neither is ideal. Both will cause me some sort of pain and suffering, its hard to know which is the better path. I bought lottery tickets tonight in the hope that a win would present a third option. It hasnt.

There is no advice I can give but to be strong.

This too will pass and in hindsight you will realise you are stronger for it.
