Sometimes there is no need for there to be 25 ingredients and 3 hours preperation time for a meal, you want something quick and easy. As much as I enjoy cooking there are times when all I want is an easy meal.

Just been sifting through the recipe collection and I came across these two that I wrote for a friend whose son was going away to university i.e. really simple to cook and taste good.
