I cannot reccoment my Shure E2C's highly enough. I had real trouble finding earphones that were comfy inside a helmet, and these little buds ar fab. They act as earplugs as well, so no other noise comes in. App £35 to £50 depending on where you get them. Not easy to find in shops, so online is best.
